I made a delivery to a new customer today and looked horrible due to helping hospice with my gpa for days...I just politely apolagized to the customer for my appearance and told her what it was due to, personality helps alot in these kind of situations and she informed me that she would be calling me to order from the new campaign book. I believe appearance says alot to others also and this is a good topic. Thanks
